Bridging the Global Health Gap
Global Flying Hospitals (GFH) is a pioneering international humanitarian organization dedicated to delivering rapid-response medical aid to underserved communities worldwide. Founded in 2001 by Neill Newton, GFH is evolving into a global force for good, with headquarters in Macau SAR since 2009, the Indo-Pacific Hub in Cairns, Australia, and a manufacturing base in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. We specialize in manufacturing and deploying fully equipped mobile clinics, emergency shelters, water purification and sanitation systems via Ilyushin cargo jets … often landing life-saving resources in remote villages, disaster zones, or refugee camps within 48 hours.
Our mission is simple yet profound: to bridge the global health gap where over two billion people in developing countries lack access to basic medical care. This includes 6.9 million blind from treatable cataracts, 2 million women suffering from untreated fistulas, and 480 million in dental agony. Traditional aid models are slow and limited; GFH revolutionizes this with bold, scalable solutions that combine aviation expertise, innovative manufacturing, and strategic partnerships.
GFH Australia Ltd is incorporated with ASIC, and governed by ACNC as a Public Benevolent Institution (PBI) … an elite status held by only about 8.5% of Australia's 63,000 charities … and endorsed by the Australian Tax Office as a Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR). All proceeds from our supercar competitions (after prizes and approved expenses) directly fund these humanitarian programs, ensuring transparency and impact.
